The FirstSpear M.A.S.S. V2 Shoulder & Collar Combo unites the V2 Shoulder Set’s refined fit and coverage with a dedicated ballistic collar to provide comprehensive, lightweight augmentation for the neck, throat and shoulder regions. Purpose-built to integrate seamlessly with the Scalable Operator Vest (SOV) and Strandhogg™ carriers, the combo attaches quickly using FirstSpear’s proven 2” Tubes™ technology and preserves the Tubes’ quick-release functionality. The V2 Shoulder Set advances ergonomics and contouring to broaden coverage while minimizing interference with weapon handling, load carriage, and mobility. The collar adds focused throat/neck protection without adding unnecessary bulk or compromising ventilation and comfort. All components may be run together as a full M.A.S.S. system or used individually as mission dictates. Construction emphasizes streamlined profiles, reduced heat retention, and durable materials that hold up to hard use in the field. Despite increased protection, the combo preserves range of motion—letting operators shoulder, aim, and transition without restriction.
